So with the current ban, are ATRS receivers illegal?

If it was a variant it would have been classified as restricted.
We evidently agree. But seeing the intent of this bill and some new wording used, who the heck knows.
BCL102 was deemed NR, and its now prohib. So the fact that it wasnt deemed a variant before doesnt seem to be a guarantee that its not a variant now.
