    Pardon me for my lack of knowledge on the matter but would it be possible for the conservatives if they ever get back in power to reverse this OIC? Could they do their own OIC to the opposite effect?

    CheyTac's 375 seems to be just under the limit, $280 for 20 rounds though.

    Capable of. Pretty sure it can break it with hand loads. It's the max potential which will matter. A hot but safe load.
