was wondering how long was the wait for CFO approval before shipping ? I'm a first time purchaser from them and not in any rush but just curious.

First buy with these guys and great service, but my UPS parcel got lost on the way before Christmas. Not their fault, so I called them and got a fast and polite answer.

Helpful staff and 5 open days shipping before Christmas sounds more than reasonable to me.

Get a new pistol from them just before Christmas , CFO waiting time was 2 weeks.
I purchased a few guns and lots of ammo from Tenda over last year .Overall great guys , good communication, nice prices, and superb service.

Im starting to wonder if it make sense to continue shopping at this store. Yes, we get general emails on new stocks and on sale items. However, any new ordered items in the past week or so are still in the same status and unchange. The phone number doesn't work and email replies as well, so technically you cant get a hold of them. Is anyone else getting the same treatment on your recent orders?
