Many dealings with IRG-have always been top notch. Terms and conditions are clearly stated...

I have used IRG for many large purchases from US to Canada in the past with "no issues", when I moved to
a temporary second home in Arizona a year ago they helped me move some expensive guns for me "no issues".
I still use IRG to send guns to Canada for people that are looking for specialties "no issues"
There is paper work and permits involved with all aspects of US-Canada shipments that can't be cancelled
so going forward once you commit to purchase and make payment it's a done deal, you should except a 25% restocking fee
with no resentment don't crap on people that are doing a good job for a lot of people at a very
    reasonable cost.

I deal with many stores and they all are top notch. IRG is honest. I deal with Nick, stand up gentleman, prompt and knowledgeable.
It’s business, not like going to Walmart and complain about a 12 cents price difference between TP...
We are dealing with thousands of dollars in firearms. As we say, if you can’t afford it, go for a picnic!
    It’s cheaper than a restaurant!
I chose to dine at IRG!

What I think a lot of you guys aren’t gathering is that

I made a first time purchase from a site I’m unfamiliar with
During two events happening that will go
Down in history - and I was offering to Meet these guys in the middle
And I didn’t need the attitude or sass. It felt slimey and like I was hustled and pressured to
    Keep order in.

Also seems to be a 50/50 split.
U would think a small business like this
    Would practice better business.
    Repeat customers etc.
And it’s easy for you guys who bought
When the world was more normal to have a positive
Review. Put yourselves in someone else’s shoes.

Wouldn’t budge an inch. Blah blah
Poor me. Well the customer is always right...

Now go back to Netflix if you just feel like
    Being nosey and mouthy.

I created this post as a warning.
    Not for banter

You ought to have kept the order. Except you're cancelling it proves you have no nuts. The rest of us are buying what we can, to...
    a) get it before the ban
    b) tell the banners to get stuffed, we're buying regardless
    c) give the site sponsors more business as long as we can, because they'll be outta business if the ban idiots have their way.

I think the original poster is out of line on this one after reading both sides.

He got caught in the middle with his indecision. Ordered then changed his mind after the process was too far along.

Don't think you can blame IRG on this one.

The OP should do the honorable thing and admit his mistake and apologize for attempting to demonize a very good company.

When someone is highly rated you are usually pissing into the wind if you try to knock them down unfairly.

Nope. Just curious what you do for a living having a carrier in cowboy revolvers and tactical shooting. Simple, no?
