“The customer is always right “!
Really? On which planet are you on ?
I have been on both side of the fence. Being a customer doesn’t give “carte blanche”
Don’t be like Trudeau who thinks he is always right because he got in!
Moral and ethics dictate to own up to our mistakes and pay for it.
You got buyers remorse and want IRG to pay for it. It’s like mariage, divorce cost!
    Move on....
This 25% fee is called “education”

I became angrier when I learnt that
Other guys in similar situations were refunded from their sites.
Most stores even removed listings of the weapons.
So I sat n stewed and figured I’d call back
And I was taken back by the attitude of this
Person. And I gave warning id post.
So I did... so if one person avoids this
Place in risk of having a poor experience
Or 25% restocking fee then I helped.
I gave them numerous changes to
Throw me a bone n help.
Offering me more parts isn’t helping.
now I’m 275$ in the hole
For 36hrs and a few emails.

    Everyone can have their opinions.
    And that’s totally fair.

I didn’t want it to end up like this.
    I could of dealt w: $100 fee.

I hardly get involved on CGN but I feel as though I need to speak up too. Had two major transactions with IRG and they've been more than accommodating and prompt.

Not a single issue with them so far and my interactions with them have been very pleasant. To be honest, my experience with most, if not all, firearm/tactical equipment dealers in Canada have been very positive and firearm dealers, especially in light of the changes to the regulations and laws surrounding the legal use and possession of firearms, have been very supportive of the community.

In the end, I like to remember that the person I'm dealing with on the phone is a small business owner or employee of a small business with an uncertain future in Canada. Unlike larger corporations like Cabelas, they're less likely to be able to absorb overhead costs if the sale doesn't go through or if there are sudden changes to the legislation. I don't think there's any intent for IRG to scam a customer. I would think that most of CGN would agree with me?

I've had product inquiries completely ignored.
I've placed an order and it was flawless.
Had other product inquiries afterwards ignored.
    (from IRG)

It pays to judge a company, any company, how they deal with unhappy customers and problem orders, not by all of the happy customers. If you're that 1 out of 100 that has a problem who cares how happy the other 99 are.

In this day and age where everyone's opinion is a click away it still surprises me people buy from conpanies before doing their own research.

At this particular time when everything is confused, and orders that were legal when ordered but made illegal in transit, it may be unclear who suffers the loss. You can argue the customer is always right and it's the vendor that takes the hit but these are unprecedented times. The vendor might be more worried about their very existence so a precise accounting to customers may unfortunately be secondary.

A few bucks, even a few hundred is small potatoes. Some here are losing tens of thousands because of this.

    Perspective.

Eveytime you post something it makes you look worse and worse. The restocking fee is posted on their site. This is not a flea market to haggle. Why didn’t you “meet them half way” and give them a 30% restocking fee. There is no way with a whiny attitude like this you are a police officer like you claimed. I am honestly and truly embarrassed for you. How pathetic. At this rate I don’t even think tenda would want you.

    Well said.

I get what everyone is trying to say.
I don’t think they intended to hammer me.

But the persuasion to keep the order then
Refusal to come to a mutual agreement
And the attitude is what prompted me.

We all have bought somthing or a service.
Not been happy and had the business
Help us out. I’ve taken things back w/
No receipt, or past a return date.

    It’s just simply good business.
Be it big or small. What makes business work
    Is happy customers.
I wasn’t asking for much. They still
Would of gotten some literal free $
Out of me for their time..

And for the record I’m not a cop.
    I never said I was...
Just believe more from irun lol.

I work on a tactical team at a power plant.
