Yeah I had to ship a scope back to Swarovski. They actually provided the shipping label so it was totally free. Ive sent enough Vortex crap in to realize warranties aren’t that great when you are dropping 40$ on shipping constantly.
It did however take months and it was like pulling teeth getting Evan to admit it wasnt holding zero.
I did eventually get the scope back and they did a great job.
Having said that, a Z5 is not built to be used as a range mule on a high powered rifle.

I second the swarovski products and service, I had to send out a z6 I bought used for warranty, they sent me a shipping label and then I had it back within about 3 weeks all free of charge. Also I lost my objective lense covers on a set of older el 10x32s and they shipped me new ones no questions asked free again. All that plus excellent quality products and I am a customer for life... although my bank account is not happy about it
thats great for those guys but they won't fix my scope its back there for the second time .It broke right away sent it back took three months and broke again before i even got it to the range. Its been gone for quite a few months now I've given up on it. The swaro customer service has been #### for me
Glad to hear some of you have had good luck with swarovski. My one and only experience with Swarovski was not so good. In fact I have not bought another Swarovski item since. They do make some good optics (over priced). Leupold may not be as good of glass but they have always done right by me.
