CDX-40 Shadow rifle in 375 EnABELR

With all the banning that is going on I have to ask this. What is the legal classification of the CDX-40 Shadow rifle in 375 EnABELR ?

Punching in the numbers on a couple apps say its prohibited. A typical 350gr projectile at 3070fps is right on the 10kJ mark. 3070 is about a normal if not slow MV for these rifles. 375gr needs less than 3000fps which is slow. Remember a 28inch barrel isnt long for this caliber. And the wording is "capable" so try explaining that you squib loaded it to only 2800fps so its under the limit. I wouldn't be risking it

No. I gather they are going through all the rifles/actions in this range and updating them as prohibited. I do not know if the enabler is done yet as it's so New .

Thanks Tom for posting this. You are correct the 375 EnABELR is not Prohibited we will still be producing the CDX40 Shadow system in this caliber for the Canadian market.

    Cheers,
    Ryan
