Correct. We know that 99.9% of people will want a muzzle device so why build the price of a thread protector into the barrel when it's just going to sit in a drawer once the customer receives it ? All of our barrel threads will be an industry standard of 1/2"-28 tpi to accommodate that spare AR-15 break you probably have sitting in a drawer...That's our train of thought on it anyways....
