    We need a 22 LR conversion for the XCR-L

    Hi Wolverines,
    this has been requested for years, but now has become urgent.
    Robinson Arms has more Canadian than US customers and need to react to the current band.
    A 22 LR conversion of the XCR-L could allow current owner to continue to use this rifle.
    It's possible?

    I fail to see how a conversion kit would change anything since it’s now prohibited by name.

    XCR-L and derived designs are banned by name by OIC!
    The rifle is banned because of naming not because not characteristics.

    Look up the legal concept, there is no loophole since it does not its naming.

    Speaking of .22LR;

    Smith&Wesson and Chiappa both have dedicated rimfire rifles on the banned list.

    I fail to see how changing the caliber would alter the classification!
