The Derya MK12 is an auto-loading, box magazine-fed, AR-style semi-auto shotgun. It is classified as NON-RESTRICTED in Canada.

Its upper and lower receiver are constructed from 7075 T6 aluminum. It is gas-operated and can accept commonly available stocks and pistol grips.
