I will be honest I am out of funds right now, but this same gun in 308 but with a lighter profile barrel would be a neet hunting gun! The way it looks all our semi auto will probably be banned by the hunting season

I'm thinking I'm going to have a hard time deciding between this and a Sig Cross when they're both on the market.... i do prefer to buy Canadian.

Given the huge flash my 308 16" barrel makes I'm guessing this thing is a flame thrower.

I quite like the idea - short stubby barrels have very very little barrel whip. If it's got a nice fast twist, it'll shoot the really heavy bullets quite well, and you'll have a nice predictable and consistent drop. Less max range because a slower bullet will hit the sonic barrier sooner, but for medium range (like say a .308 within 500m) it should be remarkably precise.

That would look so funky with the 20rd ProMag magazine.

They do. Remington is doing a run of the 700 PCR CP in other vendors on this site, and badboybeeson happen to comment in soley outdoors thread. The Remington rifle is guaranteed sub MOA.

Hey beeson, I guess you got too jealous of soley and craftm and had to cobble together your own, eh?
