Only the biggest type of big win - constitutional grounds - will affect that. I am also hoping for this outcome but have serious doubts.

The win I'm expecting is only Criminal Code 117.15, which means they can simply re-do through proper legislation.

The khill self defense trial is going to the supreme court. That will be interesting to follow.

The Bee does not squander his time trying to explain to the Fly why honey is better than s**t. Each creature is content with the meal laid before them, so the Bee reserves his endeavor for those who know its worth.

The government agreed to a date to give disclosure, and on that date indicated that there would be no disclosure. The government has invoked cabinet confidence to withhold all of of the information, if any, that the government relied on in making the OICs. The gun orgs now have to consider what motions to file to either compel the government to produce the documents for the courts to review, or to proceed without any supporting information from the government. At the same time, motions for interim declarations are being filed, and there will likely be a monthly case management meeting up until the interim declaration hearing in January.
