there are a number of them underway from a variety of angles. I think this one (above) is the first to be actually filed though. CCFR is filing a Charter challenge, the Shooting Edge in Calgary is filing and both accepting donations. The Shooting Edge go fund me has exceeded 70,000, the CCFR much more. Ideally, thousands of filings like this one should happen. There are many, many small businesses, custom builders, etc. Have been shut down & decimated, inventory and intellectual property rendered worthless with the stroke of a pen.
