    Hi Guys,

I just want to ask, what are the outcomes we are expecting "IF" these legal actions will be successful?

If I am not mistaken, the only way to repeal Bill C-71 and the May 1, 2020 OIC is for a gun friendly party with a super majority seat in the house could do that with a new bill.

Any input will be very helpful.

    Thanks

If the Judicial review is successful the May 1, 2020 Order in Council will become null and will not be regulation.
Evidence presented in this Judicial review will be crucial to any review or amendments to the Firearms act administrative infractions and associated criminal code penalties for infractions with no victim or violence
This judicial review is pivotal in the future of how gun laws are made and regulations are created.
If you don't have 12(3), 12(4),12(5), or 12(6) on your gun license, or if your PAL expires, the licensing system says your hands are "the wrong hands".
Gun owner licensing, keeping guns out of the hands of the law abiding.

Money talks and while I'll support and attend protests it's in the courts that we have any hope of success.

Rejoined the CCFR. Seeing the NFA getting involved I'm going to renew my membership there as well.

If a Federal Court is willing to hear the case would that mean that the May 1, 2020 OIC cannot be enforced until the court decides if the OIC is null or can be enforced?

There may be a request that the Federal court declare a "stay" that delays enforcement of the Order in Council until the Judicial review is decided one way or the other.
If the "stay" is not granted then the Order in Council is in force and effective during the duration of the judicial review

This is not a lawsuit, it is a judicial review of an Order in Council to determine if the Order in council is valid
