Yes. I've not seen one I know is painted so I'm not absolutely sure but the one I'm looking at doesn't seem like paint to me. The the colour is more low sheen black than the colour of bluing you'd typically get on a hunting rifle but that's not the blue you typically get on a military rifle. The wood says it is a used rifle, so the metal parts must have been re-finished. I thought it a good thing especially with the recent jump in prices. Shipping was cheap and quick.

I thought the Russian SKSs had blade bayonets and the Chinese had the spike. All the ones I have seen are like this.
I have only seen spike bayonets on ones that were identified as Chinese, but I have seen some Chinese ones with blade bayonets.
