Ruger American ranch 7.62x39 on LSS-XL-2

Hi guys,I am wondering if your LSS-XL-2 for Ruger American runch AR mags will work on 7.62x39 rifle as well, the original stock is using mini 30 mag.if the footprint of the rifle is the same I guess it can take XCR-L 7.62x39 AR mag.

Yes, as long as your rifle has Mini-30 magazines it will work and be converted to AR-15 magazines.

I don’t see why not, the factory stock is identical to the 5.56,guys have even swapped out the magwell on the 7.62 version for AR magwell

I thought they where all AICS mags?

The LSS can depending on the inlet. We use AICS magazines when possible some actions such as the Mossberg MVP are designed to use AR magazine so we maintain that function. In the case of the Ruger American, you won't find AR magazine in the LSS, but with the LSS-XL we offer that functionality.
