I have 25K worth of guns/ammo/gear that are now banned ! What's your point ? I bought all that #### when I was doing well financially. Im making 50K less a year then I did 3 years ago. Im donating what I can every paycheck, last paycheck al I had left was 25$ in my account after bills, so I sent it of to ATRS.

So has ATRS filed an actual suit yet? If so, can you please post a link to where you filed, or provide information on your legal team as others have done?

Its a nice act of transparency, but also I am interested to see the specific arguments being raised, and especially interested to know the legal route you are pursuing, IE, federal court vs provincial court.
