    I think a call to bbb is in order to complain about his efficiency and extreeme customer service..he is out of control...

    This sounds like an awful store and no gun owner should be treated this way! I have to make a stand against this atrocity and buy something! That should teach him a lesson.

    best way to do that.... order lots from him....make him work harder!!! hahaha

    on a side note, another satisfied customer here, he is the benchmark as to what retailers should strive to be like!

    It's like... Henry please stop calling me personally to update me on my order.

    I like the fact that he closes his website if he's too busy. And finishes the orders he has first. Noticed that a couple months back.
