Exhaustedly discussed. Never tamper with pinned mags, and there’s no propitiatory Troy Mags unfortunately.

Yes they can. I have 2 NR semi-auto rifles that the AR mags fit in; the ATRS MS and yet to be received Sterling Arms Target Rifle.

If we lived in a world where all semi autos were illegal in Canada. Then yes, we’d have “unpinned at mags”. Example Remington 700 is allowed to have unpinned mags without capacity restrictions because there’s no semi auto version of it.
