Ran 130 rounds through mine today and I am very impressed with it.

Unfortunately, I didn't get the shipping notification yet from RDSC....so that means it'll probably go out Monday.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but Monday’s a holiday.

We thought it would work out but testing has shown the Grendel needs a minimum of 16" barrel.

If you are seeking a short barrel for hunting, a 12.5" 300BLK would perform better.
Sorry to hear that. I was also planning a Grendel build with a MRA 12 1/2 inch barrel. Some of the US forums have reported good results with barrels that short although of course there is a loss of velocity though still very usable inside 300 yds. Very impressed with my MRA handguard and it’s quality and weight - was hoping to use one of your Grendel barrels. I don’t have much interest in a blackout as it would mean adding another caliber and cartridge.

I guess I’ll proceed with a Frankenbuild in 556 and see what I want to do for a separate upper. Can you confirm the barrel lengths you will be offering in 6.5 Grendel and, what the hell, 300 Blackout?

I ordered from MRA directly a little while back and SFRC much more re entry.

The SFRC set arrived today. SN in the high 200's.

The colour difference between the upper and lower is pronounced and looks like almost 2 different textures but is not that big of a deal in my opinion as it is going to be a bush gun.

Love the ridges on the front of the mag well. Fantastically machined piece.

Was going to assemble but am waiting for the reaction rod from MRA, which is getting shipped with my receiver set from them haha
