Yes but the 625, 875, and 936 seals wont be ready until late October. We will include a 750 size with each receiver kit since this is the most common size.

Will the gas journal seals be available separately?

Yup, length of collapsed butt stock + receiver + barrel + muzzle device just has to exceed 660 mm. An importer of a different manual action firearm even confirmed it with the government and added a muzzle device at their own expense to allow them to bring in a shorter barreld version of that firearm with a working folding stock
