They changed the FRT for the MS from "draws its lineage from a number of rifles and is not an AR-15" to "AR-15 variant prohibited by name" in the middle of the night without telling anyone.

They're making it up as they go along.
I'd be willing to lawyer up over this one, honestly.

I guess I misinterpreted what "processing" meant for the second batch, lol.

Cheers to doubling up production to get everyone their sets asap!

Hopefully we start seeing more pictures of completed TSR's soon :D

Could these still be used at range or nah?
I want you to be pleased with your purchase, so do not hesitate one bit to ask questions before purchase! If we do decide to go forward with payment, I assume that you are satisfied with all info provided before payment. This is a polite as-is disclaimer.

I ship at least once a week on my day off.

The FRT for them doesn’t exist.

By definition, they meet the requirements of a non-restricted. Especially considering they’re based of a MS, which did have an FRT depicting it as non-restricted.

That designation has been since revoked, and is now labelled prohibited.

However, the FRT is not law, and the MS (and the Sterling Arms TR by association) were not mentioned in the IOC.

It is both prohibited, and non-restricted - depending on the judgment of the person judging you that day. You decide if it’s a risk you want to take.

Many of us will be taking the risk. Many will not.

Too bad we don’t have a case law ruling FRT is bs.
