wrong tense used there. WAS. There was a small number, perhaps 50 or so, at the start of the second run that were 0.017" too low at the rear of the magwell for the Gen3 Pmags stupid little anti-insertion tab.

We had to manufacture our own unique tooling to be able to machine in the extended track for the charge handle, underneath the rear hook. It looks on the TSR that they made the rear hook slightly smaller, which maybe just enough room for the bolt catch. I haven't seen one with parts in it though.
Thanks Shaun for pipping in. I appreciate the feedback and assistance for our mutual clients.

Hey JR, do you have a direct line I can get you at, or can you send me a PM? I have a few questions regarding my Sterling that is with the gunsmith, I sort of zoned out and forgot about it for a while, but I need your recommendation on some issues.
Are you familiar with The Shmoo, Mr. Fisher?

I purchased two of these sets.

Have one fully assembled. Functions 100% perfect.

Tested with 7 different mags including a magpul d60. No problems.

I do not have any charging handle/bolt lock issues as previously mentioned. I am running a TNA butterfly handle.

    Thanks again TSE

It took me a day to mentally come to terms with the death of the slr coyote then warm up to the idea of building one up myself. I would have been towards the end as well

I definitely don't own any firearms but if I did my SAI would look like this (now with a S&J hardware nano comp on it):
