Anyone know if they've been added to "the list" yet, or are they still kosher?

    Nothing is "Kosher'.

According to the FRT, the MS is prohib.

The SA TR is a replica of the MS, but didnt actually apply for its own FRT.

The FRT is not law. Use at your own discretion.

As an addendum, Sterling Canada is honouring anyone who pre-ordered the chassis prior to the historical negation of ATRS Sporter's FRT being revised to say remove it previously being marked as not an AR variant, but they are not selling any additional chassis.

Gotcha, I'm going to wait and see how the legal actions develop, and I'll focus on enjoying my handguns for the present.

Not an AR15 variant, nothing to worry about. Especially in Quebec and Alberta.

what would be a good way to educate someone that this is not an AR or variant... for folks here, looking at it it is obvious that it is not but to the untrained/misinformed eye...

Right from its NON-RESTRICTED FRT Report - Firearm reference number 194622

"The ATRS, Model - Modern Sporter upper receiver does not have a cut for an automatic sear, and has a different system for mounting the upper and lower receivers than either the AR-10 or AR-15"

"Further, this firearm design is derived from an amalgamation of several different firearm designs and does not trace its design lineage directly or uniquely to a "prohibited" or a "restricted" firearm found in the Regulations appended to the Criminal Code"

The anodizers got delayed so instead of having the weekend to prep and pack, I am not getting the first batch till the end of monday.... I will post pictures once I have them in my mitts.

The plan is to QC and process them on the tuesday, with a quick shipping to follow.

We're still on track to ship between 40-50 a week.

Thanks for trusting me with this.
