Legal Challenge Summary -Donate to the Fight!

There's been a few different actions going on so we wanted to have a single place with basic coles notes. Sorted least to well funded:

NEW Christine Generoux -Self Represented Charter Challenge THIS NEEDS SUPPORT
    https://thegunblog.ca/2020/07/14/chr...stop-gun-bans/

    1) Ontario Landowner Association Supported Judicial Challenge -This needs support guys!
    https://www.gofundme.com/f/gun-ban-c...udicial-review
Basics: Pursuant to s. 117.15(2) of the Criminal Code of Code, an Order-in Council may only be used to ban firearms that are not “reasonable for use in Canada for hunting or sporting purposes”. Since nearly all of the guns banned on May 1, 2020 have long been used for hunting and sporting purposes, the Order-in-Council is inconsistent with the provisions of the Criminal Code and therefore invalid

    2) Alberta Tactical Rifle Legal Challenge
Basics: Under Bill C-42 the RCMP can not legally change the status of a firearm after 12 months. After the initial OIC the RCMP removed relevant FRT information pertaining to certain rifle/shotgun classifications that were not previously AR variants and illegally reclassified them to prohib. This is focuses on the post-OIC reclassifications.

    3) John Hipwell & Ed Burlew Legal Challenge
Basics: The OIC can only be prescribed to prohib firearms if in the opinion of the governor in council the firearms are not suitable for hunting and sporting use. This action focuses on highlighting GIC's unreasonable opinion under a massive affidavit of individuals who precisely regularly used said firearms for hunting and sporting use

    4) The Shooting Edge/Target Sports
Basics: Numerous strategies to launch specific challenges on cabinet's ability to pass sweeping firearms restrictions without legislative oversight. Consulted with CCFR/CSSA/AB Gov

5 -tie?) CCFR Charter Section 7 Challenge
Basics: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice. OIC action is unreasonable and violation of Section 7 rights
    https://firearmrights.ca/en/we-are-going-to-court/

    5 -tie?) NFA/KKS Tactical
Basics: Multiple strategies including GIC unreasonable opinion and Bill of Rights violations

TI was one of the first to donate to my challenge and has kept in contact since the beginning.

If you need to NOT donate to any one at this time... skip mine. We feel we are fairly well funded at this time.

    I'm not greedy... ;-)

This is the feedback I like to see. It is important for everyone to know the health of the various campaigns. Thank you for the transparency, and for putting up the fight.

How is the NFA piggy backing (raising money and providing information) on a small gun shops legal action even close to a tie with The CCFR actually taking the government to court on so many different areas of the law? Don't get me wrong every fight being taken is extremely important but the N.F.A is doing the bare minimum and trying to say they are doing something.
