MP's get a hell of a retirement package if they sit for a certain number of years.
If you're going through hell, keep going.

OK, I guess I've been wrong with my three overseas deployments making sure other people I never met can have the semblance of a democracy through some version of what they tolerate as elections. I've wasted my time and the taxpayers' money, trying to share the virtues of holding leadership to account. I should have just crept out of the wire, and assassinated some schlub whose views differed from mine - even when I couldn't vote where I was. Stupid gullible me.
Jean Charest after coming a distant second to Pierre Poilievre. “You deserve a clean slate and the opportunity to unite the membership. ... Only Liberals benefit from a divided (Conservative Party).” Will the malcontents listen?

Probably not a criticism of your commendable service, but it is certainly frustrating to have signed so many petitions (some of them the largest this nation has seen) and not see any action by 'our' government as a result.

What we need in Canada is strong union of firearms loving people who will provide support and knowledge how to fight for our rights with dumb government.
We should all go on the streets and demonstrate against this nonsence.
Where are democracy and our freedom???

I suspect we’ll have one soon enough. A close friend was recently looking through open government tenders, and apparently found two for Elections Canada. It seems they need 350,000 pens and 100,000 9-inch rulers sometime in September. I can only imagine one reason they might need all that...
