You need to ask the gun store to order it for you from North Sylva who is the importer / wholesaler

Did these barrels make it to a retailer yet? Tried asking one retailer to bring them in but no reply.
I was able to buy one by asking my LGS to put an order in at North Sylva. Best bet is to talk to the person doing the ordering for your retailer.
