I just wanted to say the gentlemen here are absolutely fantastic. I'm 57 and just received my PAL. I can't tell you how many times I've gone in to look at firearms and how knowledgeable and experienced and mostly PATIENT these guys were with me.

Well I did pull the trigger and my first firearm is a Shadow 2. I'm left handed but I find manipulating the slide stop with my left not to be a problem. Actually easier than some ambi guns.

They did tell me that they could switch the mag release for me to the right, but now their employee who is the "gunsmith" is no longer there and they will not be able to do that. I'm sure I'll figure it out and find a video. I think I saw one.

Huge shoutout to every one of these employees. Whoever hires sure knows how to select great people.

Funny story, one day I was there and Doug Ford and his Daughter came in for her first handgun. Without getting into my political views, he was well spoken and very nice to me and everyone there. Sure didn't take him long to start ranting about Mr. Trudeau. LOL

FOC is a great place to deal with. I’ve done several online transactions and all went well. I’ll buy from them again.

My father does not shoot, but he golfs. He realized that range finders for precision shooting are a lot cheaper and more durable than the golfing ones. He walked into FOC to pick a range finder. The staff was extremely patient to show him how the range finder works. It was a fantastic experience for my family.

I think that’s the best we can do when we receive bad service. With such high demand of shooting related gears, it wouldn’t matter much that a handful of people buy elsewhere, but it’s a matter of principle.
