I really doubt it. Not by Rhineland.

You could pay a gunsmith to make you a barrel.

The Ross locks up way up in the receiver too, not rear locking like an Enfield. So the rounds have to jump forward a long way past the locking lug area.

I think it would be pretty hard to make it work.
