The rimless cartridge extractor for 9mm and 40 looks like a cool innovation to get around moon clips.

I called Charter Arms directly a few months ago if they would ever build a Canadian version of the Southpaw and the person in charge of the products was not available. However, I was very surprised when he called me back and left me a message of how he asked his team about it, but that it was not cost productive to do so. They seem passionate about their products at Charter Arms. I will surely buy one sometime in the near future.

    I really wish they’d offer the classic #34431 with a 4.2” barrel.

I have zero interest in target sights. Why are all the Canadian models, except the .38, target sights? While I may be in the minority I’d much prefer fixed sights with skinny barrels.

Years ago, I had a Charter Arms Bulldog. Small little gun in .44 special. It kicked like a mule, threw great fireballs, and was a lot of fun. Very sturdy though. I regret selling it
