    Two used rifles just arrived

Very well cared for pair of rifles. They are both great pieces but personally I keep thinking that the 350 Rem needs to be in my gun case.

If you are looking for higher end rifle you should consider these two rifles.

Since when is a Parker Hale a “ higher end “ rifle?
I've traveled a long way and a lot of the roads were not paved.

It's the price, not the rifle.
    Higher end I mean.

Compared to the extensive crop of "budget" rifles on the market today - Axis, American, 783, etc - the old Parker Hales is indeed a "higher-end" rifle.

Those model 1200c are quite a nice rifle.
    Shoot well
    Mauser type action.
Grip fits your hand nice. (raised palm )
    Nice wood.....

My memory may be failing, and maybe the price was high back then.
But Sidney I. Robinson sold those for $1299 ,(?) back in the late eighties.
How much was an sks back then?
