Eye Protection
Rifle of Choice
2x Magazines
Ammunition
Target
Distance Marker

The Drill (for time):
Set up your Rifle approx. 75m from target
Set up an object approx. 20m from your rifle
On Go, engage target 3x - Standing, Kneeling, Prone
Run 20m to object and back, do 10 Pushups
Engage target 3x - Standing, Kneeling, Prone
Run 20m to object and back, do 10 Situps
Engage target 3x - Standing, Kneeling, Prone
Run 20m to object and back, do 10 Jumping Jacks
Engage final target 1x from position of choice
