I find this very concerning.
How can they deem property illegal, and not worthy of obtaining, but not tell us what property it is that we may or may not own that may or may not be illegal until it arrives at the boarder ?
This whole OIC catastrophe is one human rights violation after another as far as I'm concerned. Laws shouldn't be made , or not made , on the fly , under the radar .

So you order some AR15 parts from say Brownells ... (even possibly for another platform).

These Cdn. gov. a-holes stop them at the border and I'm assuming send them back to Brownells ?

So what happens to the money you paid for em ?

If Brownells declared them properly, then your options are forfeit with a total loss, or pay the storage fees to have them released and then pay the shipping costs back to brownells for a refund.
IF Brownells did not declare them properly, they are forfeit, and you spend your money on a lawyer.

There is a very good risk if this continues for much longer that American companies will simply stop exporting altogether.
