Anyone has any experience with Durham Outdoors? Do they know what they are doing? Website items listed as available but when you call, they say its been sold out for a time.

Pictures listed for sale doesn't correspond to the search online. The store still remain closed at this point despite the government go ahead for opening, the expectation from this business is that you order online despite no description and product photos doesn't seem to match. Any comments and experience?

I don't have a single negative thing to say about Durham Outdoors.
Mike has been very accommodating and has even delivered to me in person.... but this is just my experience there

I've been dealing with them for more that 5 years. Never had any problems. They are a sponsor here.
 
You can really tell the companies that put the effort into ecomm and the ones that don't. Durham Outdoors & Elwood Epps are both firmly in the latter category. Doesn't mean they don't run a good business, just means they're more old school, and probably more of a one man operation type business.
 
I'm not paying $20 to have an item shipped to me in Oshawa, don't understand why I'm unable to do a store pickup, all the other sport stores, Gagnon's, Sail have been open for months.
 
Purchased a rifle a while back in a certain color scheme - a different rifle arrived, when I contacted them they had no idea what was going on or how that happened? Continued to shop with them though another 4-5 times and have no complaints, usually very timely service.
 
I have recently purchased from them and I screwed up my address and Fixing it was painless. Received the product as described (used it today and it was awesome). I have no reason not to order from them again.

Bought ammo before from them in person and through website. Never an issue. Pretty friendly guys in person
