    Update

I met with CBSA at Coutts\Sweetgrass Border crossing which is the most heavily traveled port in Alberta.

They or CBSA have no knowledge of any additional correspondence from the RCMP or any other governing entity referencing additional items being prohibited under the Canadian Firearms Program. If someone has a copy of this alleged memorandum please forward it to us and I will look into it further.

CBSA does not refuse shipments and send them back to the originating seller.

Freight forwarders and or commercial carriers are required to file B3's with Canada Customs.

If they are not filed properly or CBSA requires additional information they reach out to these carriers or freight forwarders.

It is the responsibility of these freight forwarders and or commercial carriers to provide the correct information to clear the shipment.

If they can not be bothered or do not have the information to correct the entry the items are refused by CBSA and are not allowed into Canada.

If the Freight forwarders and or commercial carriers leave the shipment there for an extended amount of time they will occur additional storage charges.

That being said, for the 30-$40.00 they received for shipping the item if the declaration is not filled out properly it is just easier for them to send the items back to the original seller rather then using additional resources to try and clear a misc package.

I hope that helps explain the process.

Flat rate shipping to Canada is 25.00USD on all accessory and ammunition orders regardless of quantities ordered. Firearms are exported to Canada at a flat rate of 25.00USD per firearm.
