    Hello! I got this message ....
    Unfortunately,we cannot enable your EE access.

    Per Equipment Exchange access rule and terms of use

    We reserve the right to approve and deny applications. We will not approve EE applications for those who are:

    1)connecting to CGN outside of Canada, or
    2)using VPN/proxies/anonymizer to access CGN

    That mean I can not sell / buy ? I don't understand....
