Does anyone here have experience with this barrel?

    The price seems right!

    Price is good.

Mu guess is that it is the same barrel found on the DA556 in 14.5 which aren’t bad barrels at all. I have a DA556 in this config and it gets expected accuracy from a standard AR15.
Left wing, right wing, they belong to the same bird.

I'm assuming these have a carbine length gas port with a phosphate finish?

did the gas port come pre-drilled?

It says its a 1/7 twist. I have the da556 c8 rifle and always assume its 1/9 twist like the norc cqa. Other then that, i got nothing bad to say about the barrel. Its no competition quality but its accurate as any standard ar. Though I did notice i got better groupings once i replaced the bcg with a milspec one and trigger with a proper usgi trigger.

Picked this up as part of a cheap AR build and never got the chance to finish it; Will put it in my preorder MRA Renegade once that arrives. I doubt it’ll win any awards for accuracy or beauty but as long as I can put holes in paper at 100 or maybe 200 I can always upgrade later if my heart is in the Renegade build.
