First post, introducing myself. Fairly new member, have only been using CGN as a place to gain some knowledge of various topics to do with gun ownership and usage. Now I have another reason, I have a couple handguns I am considering selling/trading.
So a bit about my interests in this great hobby/sport of shooting. I own 4 handguns one rifle, one shotgun: GP 9mm X-Calibur, GP K22, CZ Shadow 2 Limited Edition MG #270(love this gun), Ruger New Model Blackhawk convertible 9mm/38spl/357mag, Model 1400 Winchester 12g shotgun, Model 64 .22cal Anschutz. I am a member of a small Fish and Game Club where I spend a lot of time practicing my pistol skills or attending club hosted silhouette shooting, Pistol shoots, and starting soon Cowboy Action. I have a Model 1873 lever gun on order, and will need to get a couple SA revolvers and a shotgun, which is a reason for wanting to sell a couple of guns. Just before Covid brought everything to a halt I took the Black Badge course but with all IPSC events being cancelled I have been unable to complete the required match competition, next year now. Gives me lots of time to practiceI recently took up reloading, trying to offset the cost of shooting a lot. I keep telling myself that it is crazy to keep spending all this money on guns with the current uncertainty of the future of guns in our country, but I can't stop myself
BTY I have donated to a certain court case and made my choice for a new Conservative leader and hopefully new PM.
My other favorite hobby is motorcycles. I own two, one dual and one super sport. Living in the area I do, I never get board or run out of places to ride. i am 59 and retired, kinda, so lots of time to enjoy these two great hobbies and live itself
