As previously suggested, single shot falling block series would be unique and different in today's market and a nice scaled down gattling in .22lr would be fun.
Short ranger is also a good suggestion.
Getting current stock items in country would also be nice.
Our Government trusts rivets more then law abiding gun owners.
It would be interesting to see what Henry would bring to market if they set their goal on building a bolt action hunting rifle?
I could imagine a short tube fed bolt gun in 45/70!

Mare's leg with full length buttstock. You already make all the parts for this so there would be no startup cost and it wouldn't run afoul of any laws here in Canada.
