I called MD CHARLTON last week with concerns re my brand new firearm and I got a quick response from James Wallace. I was given an appointment to bring it in at 10 AM this morning.
I was met at the door by Tim Ellis, an extremely nice gentleman who took me in and sat with me and genuinely listened to my problems and concerns. Tim is VERY knowledgeable. Just from spending 20 minutes with him, there is no one I would feel more comfortable with, working on my firearm.
I am looking forward to getting the gun back next week,
I have no doubts, from the way I was treated today, that my gun will be top notch and working perfectly when I get it back.
