Lovely day for a stroll around downtown Ottawa with thousands of my friends. But too many other friends didn't show up.

There is nothing you can do to actually relay our message through the media. Its all fake and biased. Don't even think about getting any truth across, it is technically not possible. There is no media, there are propaganda outlets, no more no less.

The only way you can even potentially change something is to have political power on board and personally educating people around you on the issue.

The CCFR has provided so much great material to help convey the message, but I agree, it is up to push that material to our friends and family.

It was a gorgeous day, there seemed to be a fair amount of support from the people in traffic who honked and waved as we passed.

Those "boogaloo boys" had the energy to show up. We're fighting a battle against impossible odds and you're crapping on people who show to support the cause? Shame on you.

I cringed seeing them too. If anyone is going to misrepresent us, it is people who see those guys and don't see the rest of us. No shame felt.
