Just got this awesome gun in on consignment.

its A Shilo Sharps 1874 Long Range Express. This gun is in new condition and comes with 65 round of loaded 45-120 ammo and will shoot 45-70 Gov

Do you have the work order or hang tag where it says it’s a Creedmore target? This looks like someone’s hunting rig with the short sight, those sling swivels and the wood grade looking closer to semi fancy.

Just going by the pictures in the link, not the same as the gun shown here.

Not a sharps creedmoor target rifle but a no 2 Sporter.You wouldn t want a target rifle in 45/120 and the creedmoor rifles normally have single triggers ,and a different style trigger guard etc.Also not a good idea to shoot 45/70 out of it on a regular basis as it will eventually bugger up the chamber making extraction hard
