It does not come with a base or rings but these can be added to the order.

Unfortunately for left handers you usually have to special order them in

The CZ 457 has more variants and an easy barrel change system, accuracy probably splitting hairs. I read the T1X fairs very well with CCI. The T1X bolt is very smooth, a little better than the 457. My RPR bolts feels so sloppy in comparison.
