Is the SF XSC the only light that fits the rail? I can't find them in country and I'm having trouble finding alternatives. I have a friend that has this pistol in her cart on your site but I don't want her to have a hard time finding a light.

That light won't fit the new Glock 48 MOS with it's picatinny rail.
I believe that the only presently-available light that is designed for this new single-slot, short picatinny rail is the SureFire XSC.

Additionally, it looks like Streamlight is releasing a TLR-7SUB that will fit these guns, but I have a hard time finding any information about them on the internet:
That being said, the TLR-6 definitely won't fit.

My Glock 26 with TLR-6. It mounts to the trigger guard, not the rail. Assuming the trigger guard is the same width, it should fit around the modified rail on the 48MOS.
The TLR-7 is for full width light rails, and will not fit properly on the 48 mini rail.

I like Streamlight, with 2 TLR1s, TLR3, TLR4, TLR VIR and TLR 6. The 6 is toy like, even compared to the 3&4 which are also polymer, but much more robust. If not the only available option for sub-compact guns, I wouldn't have bought it for my G26.
I think my 48 MOS will get a Surefire Xsc.
TLR 6 on Glock 48 install.
