    SAM import

Hey. Just wondering if you guys are gonna import any more SAM 1911’s? I can’t find them anywhere else besides the odd used one that comes up for sale. Thanks

Calgary Shooting Centre had a few a little while ago. They are not on their website, so You would have to call them. Wolverine Supplies has them too.

Yeah, Wolverine supplies had a number of models in the past. Only one they have left in .45 is a commander special, which is the extra compact version. I’m searching for a stainless commander in 45acp. According to the reviews on SAM 1911’s they are well built guns that are fairly affordable.

I have one of the .45 Commanders. I have big hands and it helps if I have a mag with a bigger base on it. I've put lots of different ammo through it and never had a malfunction. It's a well made firearm.

There are more coming. Fire an email to the sales crew and they can let you know if we have the model you are looking for coming in and the will be able to notify you when they arrive

Who is the Canadian importer? Do they come from the US importer?

I could be wrong but I think Wolverine is the Canadian importer, or at least the distributor

They still have stainless models on their website shootersarms.com. I believe the model line is called Apex.

Wolverine is the Canadian importer, we only import direct from the factory, this is why the specs on our models may differ from the US and the Canadian price is usually better than in the US, depending on model and features. For example, when I was ordering I always insured our models all had dovetailed front sights.
