I have purchased a few shotties from you and the last time I went to install a jumbo safety the spring flew out into another dimension and I emailed you that night and the next morning you mailed me a new one. That was so cool I installed it today and it is perfect! I know everyone is giving retailers a hard time and forget that everyone is trying to just get by. Thanks for going out of the way to ship me something that was my fault and not a penny more to me, it means alot and I appreciate it so much!!!!
