In the past, my Labradar has been very picky when it comes to positioning with rifles (especially ones that wore muzzle brakes). The only way I could get reliable readings was to get up and check my positioning after every shot, to make sure the muzzle hasn't moved too far backwards, which affects consistency. And even being careful it still missed 1 in 10-15 shots.
At the end of my 40rd OCW test on the grendel I had shifted nearly 6" behind the LR without realizing it, and it still didn't miss a single shot. No issues with the valkyrie either (also braked), I just eyeballed the muzzle placement and every shot registered on the LR.
For anyone who is frustrated with their Labradar missing shots, the recoil activated trigger is worth every penny. Thank you Tac Canada for bringing these in.
