I don’t mean to stir up anything. I hope the guys making this has a good legal sense and not to use AR15 lower forgings to make the 180 lower.

NoDak has been in the business of producing replacement AR180 lowers for some time; Range Warrior Accessories previously produced high quality AR-180 pattern uppers and used imported NoDak lowers to make complete rifles. NoDak has modified its 180 lower for this project, including adding the pig snout adapter to allow use of a buffer tube or alternate kind of stock; it is definitely not just modifying one of their AR15 lowers.
I hope its a billet and not a forged receiver. If it was forged...I’d like to know *what* forging was used, if you catch my drift.
I probably missed it but they did say it’s billet right?
Right. Question is, was the lower ever a forged lower intended for an AR15? That’s the question. If it’s a billet from a rectangular block of aluminum, all is fine.
