I took the GHM-9 to the range today. 150 rounds fired with no failures of any kind, using Federal aluminum case bulk ammo. Can easily put 5 rounds into a 1" group at 18 yards. The front hand guard and hand stop worked much better than I expected, and there were no issues with the reciprocating bolt and my left thumb even though they are quite close. The only uncomfortable issue for me was the safety lever on the right side that rubs against the first knuckle of my trigger finger - I either need a non ambidextrous safety lever or I need to file down the sharp edge of the lever on the right side. I am also going to try switching the pistol grip to the Magpul MOE-K version to see if the more upright angle will help.

I just got the Custom Smith Manufacturing folding stock and the vertical grip for my GHM9 and wanted to post it here for anyone considering getting this set.
The quality is awesome and pretty much on par with B&T for my taste.
I will get the B&T Tri Lug Adaptor part instead of the thread protector to have the exit point of the barrel little bit further out from the hand holding vertical grip.

Here is the pic with B&T telescopic stock and Gear Head Works tail hook for comparison as well

    Anyone run a LPVO on the GHM9's? 1-4, 1-6, 1-8?

If someone could do a mockup pic, that would be great
