    Presentation drills, manual of arms, malfunction drills, speed drills (reloads, transitions etc) and if you have a few people with them training you can do somewhat abbreviated force on force exercises as well.

    Just another way to augment your skills is all...

    So I just got MCX VIRTUS AEG, what a beauty! Like it.Too bad we can't have a real thing anymore, at least for now.
